WIMPY sets a player's wimpy value. When players take damage that reduces their
hit points below their wimpy value, they will automatically attempt to flee.
Players
will only flee if they are not in a wait state (i.e., have not been using combat
commands like cast, trip, and bash, and have not been tripped or bashed by an
enemy).
WIMPY with no argument sets a player's wimpy value to 20% of the maximum hit
points. Some mobiles are wimpy, and will flee if sufficiently damaged.
